Privacy policy
The binding version of this page is the Hebrew text.
Simple Being (Dana Niv) respects the privacy of everyone who gets in touch through the site. This page explains what information is collected, for what purpose, who receives it, and how long it is kept. It was written in line with the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, including Amendment 13.
Who controls the information
The controller of this information is Simple Being, Dana Niv. Contact: simplebeingbydana@gmail.com.
What information is collected
- Through the contact form: name, email address, phone (if provided), whether you're getting in touch for yourself or on behalf of an organization or team, and for organizational inquiries also the organization name, what you're interested in, estimated group size, estimated date, and a message.
- When signing up for the free tool (once available): first name and email address, collected only after you tick the consent box.
- The site does not ask for payment details.
Do you have to provide information?
Providing this information is voluntary. Without a name and an email address, the inquiry cannot be answered. Without a name and an email address on the free-tool signup, the guide cannot be sent.
For what purpose
To reply to your inquiry, arrange an intro call or a quote, and send the free tool and updates only to people who opted in to emails.
Who receives the information
- Web3Forms delivers the contact form so the inquiry can be sent by email.
- Google (Gmail) receives the inquiries in the mailbox.
- Vercel hosts the site. There may be technical server logs for operations and security.
- hCaptcha checks that the submission is not automatic. The browser contacts hCaptcha servers for that check.
The mailing-list provider, for sending the newsletter, will be named here once the free tool is connected. No mailing-list provider is in use right now. Inquiry details are not shared with anyone else for advertising.
Transfer outside Israel
The inquiry is passed to Web3Forms so it can be emailed, it arrives in a Google Gmail mailbox, and the site is hosted on Vercel. These services may process the information outside Israel. The spam check is done through hCaptcha, and the browser contacts hCaptcha servers for that check.
How long the information is kept
Personal information is kept only as long as it is needed for the purpose for which it was collected, and then deleted.
Mailing-list subscribers are kept until they ask to unsubscribe.
As of the date above, signup for the free tool isn't active on the site yet.
Access, correction, and deletion
You can ask to see, correct, or delete your information by emailing simplebeingbydana@gmail.com.
A complaint to the authority
You can file a complaint with the Privacy Protection Authority. Privacy Protection Authority website
Security
The connection to the site is encrypted (HTTPS). The form has a spam check (hCaptcha). Inquiry details are not stored in the site code.
Cookies and analytics
The site doesn't use advertising cookies, Google Analytics, or a Meta pixel. Your language choice is saved in your browser, on your device (localStorage), and isn't sent to a server.
Traffic measurement (Vercel Web Analytics)
The site uses Vercel Web Analytics for anonymous, aggregated traffic measurement: which pages were viewed, the referrer (including utm tags when they appear in the URL), country (from IP), and device and browser type. The service uses no cookies and does not identify visitors personally. The data is processed by Vercel, which hosts the site (see "Who receives the information").
The font on the site (Heebo) is loaded from the site itself, not from Google servers.
